Wiggle and Waggle
The "The Wiggle and Waggle" is in my opinion, yoga's "magic bullet." It is the one most important yoga exercise that I personally practice each day and I recommended it as presented below, or modified to all of my students regardless of health. The logic behind the "standing torso stretch" is explored throughout the first section of my website, The Mechanics of Yoga.
The full written description on how to do the "standing torso stretch" can be found on page 105 in my book, Recovery Yoga, as well as in this website's Recovery Yoga Excerpts.
I apologize for its poor production quality and encourage you to pay more attention to its message rather than how its presentation.
